- Workstation I: with galvanometric scanners for high-speed 3D printing (up to 5mm/s)
- Workstation II: with piezoelectric scanners, for achieving maximum accuracy and resolution (sub-100nm)
In addition users can be provided with tailor-made multiphoton lithography
